The Behavioral Health Workforce Apprenticeship prepares participants for a variety of entry-level behavioral health positions - this is a 5-month, 20 hour/week, paid, “earn-while-you- learn” opportunity.
- The program provides education, experience and career guidance that leads to gainful employment.
- Trainees receive their AOD registration.
- Trainees are paid $18.00/hour up to 20 hours per week for program participation.
- Trainees are provided with job search and placement support.
Basic eligibility requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED (or be able to obtain one during the program).
- Cannot be an active HealthRIGHT 360 client at the time they begin the apprenticeship.
- Cannot be on active probation or parole.
