A: It varies depending on how the employer wishes to operate. Each job post details what the employer requires and their candidacy process.


Q: How many candidates can DOR counselors refer to one job?

A: DOR counselors may refer a number of clients. The employer will decide whom to hire.


Q: What if my client needs special accommodations for transportation?

A: IWSI America will work to accommodate location requests depending on job availabilities near the client.


Q: How does it take for a consumer to receive a response to their application?

A: These are regular and competitive jobs, even if they are an apprenticeship. One can expect to see the openings available for 1.5 weeks. IWSI America will proactively communicate with the employer and the DOR counselor related to the status of an application.


Q: Why is a dual submission required: one application to the employer and a resume to IWSI America?

A: The separate resume sent to applications@readywillingable.us allows the IWSI team to confirm with the employer that the applicant is an RWA consumer, ensuring they are considered through the partnership channel.
